Not just a place for families and theme parks, Tampa FL has a large draw for sports fans being home to the Raymond James Stadium which regularly hosts professional major league football games throughout the years. If you are lucky enough, you could meet one of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers while at a game as Tampa is this team’s home ground. Of course, if you aren’t a fan of sports there are tons of other exciting items to keep you busy, such as festivals or nightlife. Known for their regular annual festivals, including the Gasparilla Pirate Festival, Tampa has a strong draw pulling people from all areas of the globe to have fun in the sun.

The public transport is well ordered and easy to reach helping tourists travel within the city without too much difficulty. The primary mode of public transport is the Greyhound bus, but there are Amtrak trains, inner-city streetcars and taxis available for use. It would be beneficial to note that the taxis and streetcars should be booked well in advance due to the high number of people.

While the children are enjoying a theme park, it is possible for young adults to head off for an afternoon of shopping in the diverse shopping centers. Featuring numerous large and small designer outlets, department stores and top boutiques, Tampa is proven to be one of the most exciting retail experiences.
